Als Praktikant Executive Assistant in Operations Strategy arbeitest Du eng mit unserem Managementteam zusammen, um administrative und projektbezogene Unterstützung zu leisten. Du bist verantwortlich für die Unterstützung des Teams im Tagesgeschäft, führst verschiedene administrative Aufgaben aus und hilfst bei der Koordination von Projektaktivitäten. Diese Stelle bietet eine hervorragende Gelegenheit, wertvolle Erfahrungen in solchen Bereichen wie Business Development, Sales und Operations Strategy zu sammeln.

Wir suchen motivierte Praktikanten für die Position des Praktikanten Executive Assistant in Operations Strategy (m/w/d) ab Oktober 2024 und freuen uns auf spannende Bewerbungen.

Du unterstützt das Management Team bei verschiedenen strategischen Themen, insbesondere in den Bereichen: Sales, Business Development, Customer Success und Operations.
Du stehst unserem Customer Success Team tatkräftig zur Seite und unterstützt bei diversen kundenrelevanten Themen.
Du wärst bereit, ggf. auch Auswärtstermine bei unseren Kunden mit dem Team wahrzunehmen, bringst die dafür notwendige Flexibilität mit, und schätzt die Möglichkeit, vor Ort tiefe Einblicke in die Arbeitsabläufe unserer Kunden zu erhalten.
Du hilfst bei der Projektplanung und -durchführung, einschließlich der Erstellung von Projektzeitplänen, der Verfolgung des Fortschritts und der Berichterstattung über den Projektstatus.
Zu Deinen Aufgaben zählen auch Recherchen und Analysen, die das Management Team bei der Entscheidungsfindung unterstützen.
Mithilfe bei der Vorbereitung von Präsentationen, Berichten und anderen Projektleistungen.
Vorbereitung von Kundenworkshops, Analyse von Workshopdaten und Erstellung von Pitch Decks.

Your mission

As an Intern Executive Assistant in Operations Strategy, you will work closely with our management team to provide administrative and project support. You will be responsible for supporting the team in day-to-day operations, performing various administrative tasks, and helping to coordinate project activities. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in such areas as Business Development, Sales and Operations Strategy.
We are looking for motivated interns for the position of Intern Executive Assistant in Operations Strategy (m/f/d) starting from October 2024 and look forward to exciting applications.

You will be responsible for providing support to the management team on various strategic topics related to Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Operations.
You will actively assist our Customer Success Team and support them in various customer-related areas. Likewise, you should be willing to visit our customers with the team, if necessary, and bring the necessary flexibility to appreciate the opportunity to gain deep insights into the workflows of our customers on site.
You will also be responsible for assisting with project planning and execution, including creating project schedules, tracking progress, and reporting on project status. Your responsibilities will also include research and analysis to assist the management team in the decision-making processes.
In addition, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other project deliverables. You will also be responsible for preparing client workshops, analyzing workshop data, and preparing pitch decks.
