Deine Aufgaben

Du bist der Sales-Experte, der den gesamten Sales Cycle von A bis Z beherrscht. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Vertragsunterschrift führst du die Kunden souverän durch den Verkaufsprozess.
Qualifizierung von Interessenten: Du führst Erstgespräche, um die Bedürfnisse und Herausforderungen der Kunden tiefgründig zu verstehen. Du kannst Building Radar lösungsorientiert präsentieren, um echtes Interesse beim Kunden zu wecken. Scharfsinnig qualifizierst du die Leads mit dem höchsten Potenzial, um deine Zeit und Energie effizient zu nutzen.
Dein Vertriebsgebiet ist dein Revier. Du erschließt neue Märkte und baust deine Kundenbasis kontinuierlich aus. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unseren Inside Sales und Customer Success Teams zusammen, um den größtmöglichen Erfolg zu erzielen.
Bestehende Kundenbeziehungen sind dir wichtig. Mit cleveren Cross- und Up-Selling-Strategien sorgst du dafür, dass deine Kunden immer wieder gerne bei dir kaufen.
Um deine Ziele zu erreichen, nutzt du alle Ressourcen, die dir zur Verfügung stehen. Ob Events, Kundentreffen, Management Support oder Marketing – du weißt, wie du diese effektiv einsetzt, um deine Quote zu übertreffen.

Dein Profil

Du bist ein Vertriebsprofi mit mindestens zwei Jahren Berufserfahrung. In der Start-Up Szene oder im Consulting hast du bereits bewiesen, dass du erfolgreich Kunden gewinnen und betreuen kannst.
Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst du fließend in Wort und Schrift. So kannst du mit Kunden aus aller Welt auf Augenhöhe kommunizieren.
Deine Eigenmotivation und dein unternehmerisches Denken sind ausgeprägt. Du hast den Ehrgeiz, deine Ziele zu erreichen und nimmst Herausforderungen gerne an.
In strategischen Verkaufsgesprächen überzeugst du Entscheider mit deiner Expertise und deinem sicheren Auftreten.
Dein hohes Maß an Sozialkompetenz sorgt dafür, dass du mit Kunden und Kollegen gleichermaßen gut.

Your mission

You are the sales expert who masters the entire sales cycle from A to Z. From the first contact to the signing of the contract, you guide customers through the sales process with confidence.
Qualifying prospective customers: You conduct initial meetings to gain an in-depth understanding of customers' needs and challenges. You can present Building Radar in a solution-oriented way to arouse genuine interest in the customer. You are astute in qualifying the leads with the highest potential in order to use your time and energy efficiently.
Your sales territory is your territory. You develop new markets and continuously expand your customer base. You work closely with our Inside Sales and Customer Success teams to achieve the greatest possible success.
Existing customer relationships are important to you. With clever cross-selling and up-selling strategies, you ensure that your customers are happy to buy from you again and again.
To achieve your goals, you use all the resources available to you. Whether it's events, customer meetings, management support or marketing - you know how to use them effectively to exceed your quota.

Your profile

You are a sales professional with at least two years of professional experience. In the start-up scene or in consulting, you have already proven that you can successfully acquire and support customers.
You are fluent in written and spoken German and English. This enables you to communicate with customers from all over the world on an equal footing.
You are highly self-motivated and have a strong entrepreneurial mindset. You have the ambition to achieve your goals and enjoy taking on challenges.
In strategic sales meetings, you impress decision-makers with your expertise and confident manner.
Your high level of social skills ensures that you get on well with customers and colleagues alike.
