Your mission
As a (Senior) Data / AI / ML Engineer m/w/d at Building Radar, you will join our team in shaping the future of digital sales in the construction industry. You will work closely with frontend & backend engineers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver value to our customers through the development of our product.
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable Data & AI solutions to identify and extract information, drive actionable insights, and perform agent-like actions to support our customers’ sales activities
- Work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to define AI/Data requirements and deliver impactful solutions
- Implement and maintain MLOps / LLMOps best practices for training, evaluating, testing, and monitoring data & AI services
- Research latest technologies and trends in AI and data engineering to drive innovation
Your profile
- Several years of experience in Software, Data, or ML / AI Engineering, from design & development to deployment & monitoring production systems
- Strong software development skills in Python
- Experience with system design, data modeling, transformation, and normalization
- Solid knowledge in some of the following technologies:
-LLM: prompt engineering and evaluation, embeddings, vector databases, LLMOps tooling
-Storage: Postgres, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka
-Platform: Kubernetes, Docker, Azure cloud/DevOps
-APIs: REST/HTTP, FastAPI
- English proficiency with strong sync and async communication skills, German skills are nice to have, but not required
- Get things done attitude, solution-focused mindset, agile mentality
