Your mission

  • Leading, coaching, and developing the Account Executive team, with clear accountability for performance, quota attainment, and talent development.

  • Driving ARR, pipeline, and forecasting goals, including the strategic management of win rates, sales cycles, and deal sizes.

  • Leading from the front by personally driving strategic customer meetings and closing key deals, alongside managing the AE team.

  • Further developing our sales methodology (Discovery, Value Selling, Multi-Threading, etc.) and ensuring its consistent execution across the team.

  • Collaborating closely with Marketing, SDR, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize the entire revenue funnel.

  • Scaling the sales organization within the DACH region and onboarding new AEs across all Building Radar markets.

  • Enabling data-driven management via our CRM system, while continuously optimizing sales processes, playbooks, and tooling.

Your profile

  • Several years of experience leading B2B SaaS sales teams, or equivalent high-level sales leadership experience.

  • A proven track record of building and scaling ARR and pipelines within a high-growth SaaS environment.

  • Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies combined with strong coaching skills.

  • Strong analytical mindset and extensive experience in data-driven sales management (forecast accuracy, conversion KPIs, sales velocity).

  • An entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset and the ability to establish structures in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing speed.

  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken); experience in international markets or the construction/industrial sector is a plus.
