Green building sustainability goals, mass urbanisation, and the rapidly rising cost of construction is applying significant pressure on the $10 trillion global construction industry to rethink ‘business as usual’. Look around the buildings you visit every day: from flooring, lighting, furniture, heating systems and elevators - the manufacturers of all of these products are our customers.
They are bringing innovative products to market and do not wait for their customers to call them; thanks to Building Radar they proactively spot new construction projects before their competitors to implement their innovative products and solutions first. As a result, Building Radar has already successfully initiated over €100M in sales for our 150+ customers; including Fortune500 companies, billion-dollar general contractors, and premium suppliers of everything from elevators to facades!
Every day our systems are busy processing millions of news and tender articles per week, leveraging AI to categorize and extract critical project information at speed so that our customers win projects before their competitors even hear about them. With our web product, users discover new projects, qualify and enrich leads, and follow a process to proactively create business opportunities and achieve their revenue goals.
You can expect exciting technical challenges at Building Radar! Our event-driven pipeline ingests millions of documents daily from many data sources, qualifies and extracts information from text and image data, clusters reports on the same construction project, presents these to matching customers and keeps updating them whenever we find updated information on a project.
